There were very clean beds and an iron, a work desk, and cable programming inside the room. The location was UNBEATABLE, at a medium distance from an unusual circular Byzantine - style church. There were a bakery and supermarkets around the hotel.

Its location around 10-15 minutes walk from The Forum was marvellous and stunning. My room with air con was fairly quiet.

I had a great stay at Luxury Rooms in Zadar. The room was like a 4-star hotel, with a comfy bed and a spacious bathroom. The location couldn't have been better, just a short walk to the Roman Forum and other attractions. The host was super friendly and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing.
The food for breakfast could have been better, maybe more variety would be nice.

Great Location: The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, making it really convenient to explore the city's attractions and sights. It's just a short walk away from Sv. Donat church and other landmarks, which was a big plus for us.
Check-In Process: We had to meet with the host to receive the key and make payment in cash, which was a bit inconvenient. It would have been more convenient if there was a keyless entry system in place, especially for travelers who may not have working phones or access to wifi.
